These terms govern your use of the AI Cleaner iPhone application and this website. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Because AI Cleaner is distributed through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these terms conflict with Apple's, Apple's terms prevail for matters concerning the App Store.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AI Cleaner on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or attempt to extract its source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
AI Cleaner offers a limited free tier and a paid subscription that unlocks the full feature set. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you purchase and vary by region.
You decide what gets deleted. AI Cleaner identifies files it believes are duplicates, low quality or unusually large, and presents them for your review. Nothing is removed without your explicit selection and the standard iOS confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing selections before confirming, and for maintaining your own backups.
Deleted photos and videos are moved to Recently Deleted in the iOS Photos app, where they remain recoverable for 30 days. Before modifying contacts, the app can create a backup that you can restore. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data you choose to delete.
You agree not to use AI Cleaner to access data you are not authorised to access, to interfere with the app's operation or security, to circumvent subscription controls, or to use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
Optional features connect to third-party services — most notably Google, for the Gmail inbox cleanup feature. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and they may change or become unavailable without notice.
We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the app or any part of it. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but the app is provided on an as-available basis. Compatibility depends on Apple's platform; a future iOS release may affect functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Cleaner is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that duplicate or quality detection will be error-free, or that the amount of space recovered will match any estimate shown.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for AI Cleaner in the 12 months before the claim, or GBP 50.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights that cannot be waived.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections 4, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of your local law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
